With what is happing with BF4/EA/dice debacle this makes sense. The fan base for this game ( and others ) is there and a polished product is expected.
I commend UBI soft for there decision to do this.
I'm looking forward to these maps. After spending countless hours playing them in BF3. Can't wait to see them in BF4!
Thank you for your statement about the freeze up issue in dawnbreaker on BF4. As it seems to me this issue has been overlooked and NEVER brought up in past posts about what the recent patches fix. Most of the stuff that gets patched like the EMP blurr and one shot,one kill have never been a problem with me in the 360 edition.

Lets hope so. Every battlefield has had its issues at launch and as a huge fan of the series,I have learned to live with it.
My hope is that all these issues with bf4 will be corrected by the time I buy a next gen system in the spring!
If you are playing on a console ( such as a xbox 360 or PS3 and I would assume the next gen's ) when you go to mutliplayer,then server browser,once there click down the right stick to bring up the server sub menu. You then can set up what you are wanting play ( like maps,modes,normal/hardcore,ect .)
I hope this helps you with those stinking empty server messages... I hate those as much as you do! LOL!!!
Every battlefield game has had its issues at launch. The only one that I can think that was ok was BF modern combat for the 1st xbox and as a launch game for the xb360. BF3 was a mess at launch,but nothing as bad as what we are going through with BF4!
I play on the XB360 and have suffered many lock ups while playing the Dawn breaker map. I try to avoid the map when ever it comes up in the rotation. I always search for servers that are on rogue tower, That way I get to play through all the other maps before dawn breaker comes up.

You bring up a great point. As of tuesday ,I have already seen the PS4 edition in the stores. I guess we will just have to wait till both systems are out to get a real honest review!
I have had a few of my students that have the PC edition mention that they have there share of issues with the game. I expect this from a BF game to begin with as every bf game has had some issues upon release.

Very funny! But at 57 years old and gaming for over 34 years I feel that gaming knows NO age limits! In fact I have one friend that is in his 70's that can kick Ass in any CoD/BF game with any so-called "KID".
For me gaming beats booze,drugs and any other midlife crisis form of stress relief there is!

Hmmm,I will give it a benefit of a doubt. I think there will be delays,but what we will get in the end is a better game.
